Pool Advisory Committee
3-74 Dover Pool Advisory Committee.
A. MEMBERSHIP: The Dover Pool Advisory Committee shall consist of seven (7) members and two (2) alternate members. In addition, there shall be one city councilor appointed on an ex-officio non-voting basis.

B. TERMS OF MEMBERS: Initially, members shall be appointed to staggered terms with three (3) members appointed to three (3) years terms, two (2) members appointed to two (2) year terms and two (2) members appointed to one (1) year terms. Alternates shall be appointed to one (1) year terms. Subsequent appointees shall be appointed to three (3) year terms or less, if necessary, to achieve a membership with staggered terms.

C. AUTHORITY AND DUTIES: The Dover Pool Advisory Committee shall perform the following functions on an advisory basis:
1. Study, consider and recommend to the City Council and City Manager, or designee, general policies for the operation of the Dover Pools.

The City of Dover Ordains:
1.PURPOSE The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Chapter 3 entitled “Administrative Code” of the Code of the City of Dover 1983.
2.AMENDMENT Chapter 3 entitled “Administrative Code” is hereby amended by adding a new Section 3-74, to be entitled “Dover Pool Advisory Committee”
