New construction debris disposal rates begin July 1

Beginning July 1, 2012, the minimum charge for residents disposing of construction debris at the Recycling Center will be $5, up to 100 pounds. The current rate is $15 for residents. Also beginning July 1, 2012, the rate for contractors and nonresidents disposing of construction debris at the Recycling Center will increase to 13 cents per pound.
