Welcome to Dover RecreationThe Recreation Department plans, implements and supports recreational opportunities that are educational and enjoyable for Dover citizens of varied ages, interests and abilities. These services are provided from the City locations of the McConnell Center, which includes the Dover Community Senior Center, the Dover Indoor Pool, the Jenny Thompson Outdoor Pool, and the Dover Ice Arena as well as various outdoor facilities and parks throughout the City. Our main offices are located at the McConnell Center; 61 Locust Street in Dover.
